Dennis Rodocha, Of Counsel
Dennis Radocha’s practice focuses on environmental, health, and safety compliance law,
hazardous materials transportation, natural resources, business transactions, real estate, product
safety compliance, food safety compliance, and trade compliance.
Mr. Radocha graduated with a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Social Psychology
from Park University in 1984. He received his law degree summa cum laude from the University
of Idaho in 1989, where he was the editor-in- chief of the Idaho Law Review. He was admitted to
the Idaho bar in 1989.
Following law school, Mr. Radocha began his in-house legal career with Boise Cascade
Corporation in 1989, primarily practicing environmental, natural resources, and employee safety
law. He continued practicing environmental, health, and safety law, along with product safety,
food safety, and international trade compliance law, and a significant business and real estate law
practice element, with Boise Cascade’s successor companies, OfficeMax Incorporated and Office
Depot, Inc. through 2016. He joined MSBT Law, as Of Counsel, in 2017.
Over his career, Mr. Radocha represented his clients before a multitude of federal, state, and
local regulatory agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, USEPA, USOSHA, U.S.
Customs and Border Patrol, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, various state and federal courts and
state environmental regulatory agencies throughout the country.
Mr. Radocha has taught Environmental Law in an adjunct faculty capacity, at the University of
Idaho College of Law. He has been a long term volunteer for the Rocky Mountain Elk
Foundation, including serving on its Board of Directors, and serves on the Board of Directors of
the Idaho Sportsmen’s Alliance.
