Leah Nemeroff

Associate Attorney

Leah Nemeroff’s areas of practice include criminal, family, and municipal law.

 

Leah earned her bachelor’s degree in political science with an emphasis in American Political History and Political Philosophy from Boise State University in 2020.  During her time at Boise State, Leah interned for the Chief of Staff for the Minority party at the Idaho State House. She prepared research and draft legislation for various House members. 

 

After graduation from Boise State University, Leah attended law school at the University of Idaho. Leah received the CALI excellence award for Legal Research and Writing in her second year of law school. During law school, Leah interned for the ACLU of Idaho. She performed legal research and created content for the organization’s website. Leah also worked for Jennifer Ritter and Nekane Resnick, two therapists who do court-appointed Reintegration Therapy. 

 

Leah was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2023. Due to her high performance on the Bar Exam, Leah is eligible for admittance in any jurisdiction that has adopted the Universal Bar Exam. 

 

Leah’s professional interests include matters of Constitutional Law, Civil Rights, and Child Advocacy. 

 

Leah enjoys camping, attending concerts, and spending time with her doggies in her spare time.
