Frances Stern

Fran Stern’s practice focuses on family law services and divorce representation, and business law. She graduated from the Willamette University College of Law in 1994, and earned her Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Stern served as a law clerk to then-district judges Alan Schwartzman and Duff McKee. In 2005 she opened Frances R. Stern Law Office, which merged with MSBT in March 2014.
Ms. Stern grew up in the Boise area, and is married and has three children.
