Joseph A. Mendonsa

Associate Attorney

Joseph A. Mendonsa’s areas of practice include criminal prosecution, criminal law, easements and boundaries, estate planning, and probate law.

Mr. Mendonsa earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Boise State University in 2018. After graduating, he attended Seton Hall University School of Law, from which he graduated in 2021. In addition to interning at the Essex County Courthouse, Mr. Mendonsa served as a limited license legal intern with Seton Hall’s Family Law section, in addition to contributing to Seton Hall University School of Law’s report on American Torturers at Guantanamo Bay. Mr. Mendonsa’s law school studies included animal law, administrative law, election law, and wills, trusts, and estates. 

After law school Mr. Mendonsa spent a year clerking for the Honorable Linda L. Cavanaugh in Essex County, New Jersey.

Mr. Mendonsa is a native of Arizona, and has lived in Idaho since moving back in 2022.
