Jordan J. Walters
Associate Attorney
Jordan J. Walters is a recent law school graduate having graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2024 with an emphasis in business law and intellectual property. He joined the MSBT team in 2024 and his practice areas include criminal, family, and municipal matters throughout Idaho.
During his law school career, Jordan was the Articles Editor for the Idaho Law Review, a teaching assistant for the first year legal writing course, coordinated the school’s annual McNichol’s oral advocacy competition, and represented locally owned small businesses in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic. He also worked at an ombuds office based in San Francisco advocating for first responders throughout California in their workers’ compensation claims. Additionally, Jordan had the opportunity to intern with Boise State University’s office of technology transfer where he oversaw the school’s entire IP portfolio—including the famous blue turf.
Jordan is Boise born and grew up in Meridian before attending the University of San Francisco where he earned a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology. He then returned home to Boise to attend law school and be closer to family. Jordan enjoys visiting the numerous local wineries around town, concertgoing, and tending to his garden.
